- Regardless of theJapanese and Western difference in food this sauce can be used as ahidden ingredient for a wide variety of dishes.
- Because it is avery rich fish soy sauce we recommend you use half the amount ofthis sauce that you would normally use for soy sauce in adish.
- This sauce isdelicious with Sashimi. Use 1 part sauce and 1 part water and add alittle mirin (rice wine) for a different delicioustaste.
